Architected processses for a Spanish / English parity content strategy, a first for the Miami museum where nearly 70% of its constituents speak Spanish at home, allowing PAMM to talk to more of its audience than ever before. This included online collection access for the first time in the museum's history, where we set the standard in accessibility by providing a visual description for every artwork presented on the website.
Developed a series virtual galleries and commissioned exhibitions from a distinguished network of curators and artists. PAMMTV, the video art streaming platform was visitied by people from over 100 countries in its first year, providing unprecidented reach for the museum. Our efforts in digital art were covered by outlets such as PBS and Artnet.
Ideated and organize talks, workshops and panels to communicate contemporary topics to our audiences. Our block parties, panels and artist talks brought thousands of visitors to the museum, uncovering fresh audiences in Miami hungry for art and programming reflecting current times.
